CONCLUSION:

Click any of these sites and then click BUY and then click STAMPS.

RESULT: While eBAY Singapore shows you a few stamps that are available for sale,

by clicking any of the above sites,  you will see that a much greater amount of collectable postage stamps, envelopes is available.
