7. Skin with Acne/Breakouts
Acne (pimple) is caused by excess sebum production resulting from androgenic hormones, greasy and sugary food, personal stress, comedogenic hair care and make-up products.
Get Tricks and Tips for acne prevention and treatment.
* Cleanse twice daily with mild cleanser (never use harsh soap and scrub). Use a weak alkali soap with anti-inflammatory ingredients and soothes acne and breakouts.
* Use toner (light-weight) that can neutralise oily-prone skin while controlling sebum.
* Moisturise well, use moisturiser (light-weight), avoiding those acne areas.

8. Skin with Hyper-Pigmentation
Hyper-Pigmentation is caused by sun damage, misuse of cosmetics, acne scars, personal stress, hormone disorders and deterioration in liver function.
A daily regimen should be exercised to 'protect and remove' i.e. to protect the skin against UV rays that penetrate deep into the skin and to remove melanin-contained old cells that causes dull-looking skin.

* Tone with a lotion mask, select the right lotion for your skin type and season. Lotion mask i.e. soak cotton pads with the toner and place them on the entire face. It is effective to stimulate absorption of the following products.
* Use whitening essence for spot treatment
* Protect skin from sunlight with a sunblock that has SPF 30 and PA ++ (to block off both UVA and UVB) during day time.

9. Wrinkles, Fine Lines and Sagging Skin
As we age, our skin becomes less firm under the weight of gravity and eventually gets wrinkles, fine lines and sagging contour.
Get Tricks and Tips for each of the following problems:
Sagging Cheeks:
* Lift up your cheeks with palms in a up-lifting fashion, 10 times a day. Preferably work with a massage cream/oil.
* Firm up muscles around cheeks by doing facial exercises such as... open your mouth widely and say ' I ate sweets all' slowly. Do this about 10-15 times daily.
Eye Care:
* Moisturise with water-based eye serum or suitable eye cream. Rich moisture can diminish fine lines. Stretch over the skin and rub in the cream/serum gently after the toning lotion.
* For dark circles and eye puffiness, gently dab with fingers under eyes so to promote lymphatic drainage.
